Everything about Greenland was dodgy and now its been proven that the company was trying to get out of paying the drilling contractor as well. I'm guessing when the drilling contractor realised that whole thing was a shame, they didnt want anything to do with it. Now the BOD wants shareholders to pay for getting caught, when it should be the guys who made this decision coughing up.
There will be no money for drilling after this CR, but it will keep the wages coming in for another 6 months.
This feels like they are maneuvering to take the company private, by registry percentage stealth. They will then try and sell the company and any money made will go to the biggest creditors. Guess who that it.
