The consolidation will lead to the announcement of the placement of the $20 million at 50c or "the issue price of the shares under the placement may be greater than 50c"...to SIs... which if successful and the chinese are certainly interested, I assume prior to listing which should support the SP on listing in case there is a rush to the exits....exciting to see the transformation
