Please forgive my ignorance - again, but I'm one of the learners on this site. I've been following this stock for a while without having bought any shares. Checked on the share price yesterday and thought "what the blazes? the price has gone up 20 times. I should have bought at 5 or 6 cents. Then checked out HotCopper and saw that's not the case. Looks like holders now have 1 share for every 20 previously held; Is that correct? If so why would CSS do that, or any other company?
Would someone be kind enough to explain?
