    if you look beyond the past 12 months, DSE had been issuing shares every single years. if you truly Buffett inspired, you would want the company to gradually buyback the shares preferably. even at the current liquidity, there are no significant volume traded daily. with this consolidation, it makes me wonder if they have the intend to issue more shares for performance rights, acquisitions, etc in the near future while not pushing the sp to pennies? the earnings are coming from a small base so, are their growth sustainable to command a huge pe? 2 Outlook points mentioned, increasing r and d >> less earning? Cashflow and profitability in line with fy23 >> no growth?
