you know that they are actually cancelling 15M insider shares right? with eyes on cancelling potentially 150M more..
any dilution suggested for insiders is so far performance based .. which I don't see a problem with..
unless what ur suggesting is that the company stumps up actual cash for compensation (which we dont f*ing have) instead of issuing share based considerations...
