A lot of shareholders have complained about dilution.

And looking at this, a lot of it seems to be "heres 12 million shares imagine when we get to $1???" kind of silliness.

Now the management team want to do something about the dilution as a first order of business, which seems to me to be a "listening to shareholders" type of exercise.

And still not good enough for shareholders...

Hold judgement and see what they do. If they do a cap raise immediately, well. You know the plan.
If they're throwing around performance shares and options and other stuff, well, you know the plan.
