Fazz; I like math, will give it a try - so each share is now 1 cent or 1/100 of a Dollar- after consolidation each share will be equal to 100 cents or 10 cents x 10cents = 1/10$x 1/10 $ = 1/100 of a $ = 1 cent and we are back to square one!
