The way I read the prospectus; the 2:1 consolidation is to be voted on, so that's what will happen if shareholders agree to it. Not 4:1 or any other consolidation configuration. This also represents a discount for people participating in the CR. Where they have stuffed this up is not placing the company in a trading halt; prior to announcing the 2:1 consolidation. Or have they stuffed it up? Beating the same drum here but something is obviously going to crank the SP here IMO.
