That's exactly what I thought when I received it,what a waste of paper,more effort and costs into the paperwork than into co-operating with Nick.
Just like when you get heaps of paperwork from charities like WWF or Cancer Council etc,waste of money instead of putting it to research.
So who is Resun Hua? What are his credentials,anybody know?
