If a consolidation makes no difference to the shareholders,
it won't make a difference to the company.
It just makes the company look better managed.
The share price will rise from one cent (todays price), to ten cents, not a great deal of difference.
I entered at three cents.
I will be voting NO.
What are the chances of GML holding their new consolidated share price ?
Slim, if their share price fell from my entry down to one cent, then the consolidated share price
will fall in line with the present price action.
Which means more (bigger), of a loss to the shareholders.
They made their bed, let them lie in them.
