Can you imagine how the top 20 shareholders & others who have invested large sums of money into this wrought of a company are feeling ???!!!… The share price will go back down to $.001 & everybody’s total number of shares will be reduced by a division of 10. Simply put everbody’s shares owned will be significantly reduced & these will in effect be worth nothing... & everyone will lose their money as the SP drops back down to $.001 again. This is a disastrous move by the company. People will lose all their shares & all their money. As I’ve seen this happen with so many other companies who have initiated 10:1 consolidations.

The only way to salvage the value of peoples consolidated shares is for the company SP to rise to 10 cents or greater and this will never happen barring some sort of miracle as the company has absolutely nothing worthy for future investment.

Still can’t imagine how everyone my must be feeling having to face this travesty.

I know i’m totally gutted , and I am convinced that I will never get this money back.
I hope at the next general meeting people show their disgust towards management at the way this company has been run.
