If everything work and mange according to the business plan, it would be a big failure if the share price didn't hit $1.00 mark (on pre consolidation basis) when SDV is up and running.

If the share price hit $1.00 in 2019 (when all 3 plants firing on all cylinders), based on current exercise price of $.55 means the Directors make a profit of $.45 x 20,000,000 = $9.0 million on top of their monthly pay cheque.

That is extraordinary generous, snout in the trough self rewarding scheme, business as usual effort for HUGE HUGE BONUS.
It will be like getting a big bonus for turning up to work everyday.
Hope the big boys vote it down tomorrow, this is prudent private enterprise not a charity organisation.

If the exercise price is set at $.75, they still pocket 20,000,000 x ( $1.00 - $.75) = $5 million , still a generous bonus for business as usual effort but not outrageously generous, at the expense of ordinary shareholders.
