the upside is that a consolidated share price value makes it easier to attract institutional and perhaps overseas investors .
The downside is that as the share price climbs it gets easier to dilute in the support of additional equity raise or support / fund M and A activity.
in any eventuality, would have expected Charles Lew to explain the rationale of such 20:1 consolidation to his existing and loyal shareholder community.
other miners in development stage have moved to consolidate in an act of desperation ( AUZ ) ..i trust not the case here .
this is a surprise to me indeed.
