I wonder how the consolidated and merged stock will trade. Very tangible merger benefits outlined in the documents, which should fall to the bottom line.

HGG says the dividend will be maintained, but I am sceptical as who can compare after share consolidation and merger. Janus pay out less.

Significantly better global product range post-merger.
