A CR shouldnt be executed until drill permit is appoved and announced. Too many times SH's have CR and have come up short of promises made with options expiring before SH's can surely take advantage with ease of mind. No more CR salary keep lights on BS.
You cant drill until permit is approved, period!
Thus no reason to CR until this is evident.
