But I stick to what I know and what I know is this:
Consolidations are painful (multiple are worse for long termers), but required if a company needs to raise funds with a huge ledger it’s not as appealing to instos/708’s.. Whats the alternative? Company is no longer a going concern and everyone loses.. it’s unlikely the top 20/significant holders would vote no on the consolidation as it would pretty much be the end (but just my speculation based on my experience)
Exploration companies are just that, and they may never find anything.. but these guys found something, even if it was under their noses for years.. (whatever the reason, prior history etc they found it now) sure if it was found years ago it would’ve been awesome for you long termers and I feel for you all, I probably wouldn’t be here typing this..
What they found is still technical, not fundamental (ie there’s a pretty map that shows some very interesting results, there’s no drill holes or physical core samples) so to back up fundamentally what they technically found, they need to drill, they need capital to drill, hence the first point
I can’t tell you what the CR would look like after consolidation, I could speculate based on post consolidation sp and maybe how long is needed for a vwap but I won’t here..
What I can tell you is success stories happen, maybe it’s time for Incas success story, maybe it’s not, but what I know from experience is not to be on the sideline when it happens.. I had 300k deg shares that I sold @ 6cps for a small loss in feb this year, as they weren’t doing anything, that was my sideline moment..
