I agree. For Inca to have at least 3 potential T1s across countries with extensive best practice mapping already done is absolutely awesome.

The PM bull era has just begun this week (a once in a generational opportunity) and no doubt our many walk up drill targets in the purple haze will look attractive to our major neighbours, amongst others, going forward.

So, I'm keeping my eyes on the prize (see below - hoping for a similar outcome) and like GameBred I'm happy to keep accumulating if others dump and run!
