Just about every small stock has an AICp trying to fly the flag as it steadily declines. The turnaround is always a few months away. The arguments are so similar that it seems like they come from the same person at times.
The COEs and BOD also have great similarities too. Delayed announcements, silence as the SP gets smacked and of course rewarding themselves with pay increases and bonuses in the face of dismal performance because they have the numbers.
These behaviors make it hard for genuine start-ups. As far as I'm concerned, i'll never touch another one again.
