    IMO, I don't think they will.

    By the sounds of it they've already lined up someone for the cap raise which looks to be without options (which is the usual sweetener/freebie). so whoever is providing the funds will only make their money off the increase and subsequent sale of their allotment.

    they're raising a specific amount of shares not dollars, so the lower the price the less PHs mate doing the raise has to pay.

    I'm thinking, consolidation > cap raise > announcement/pump > then dump of those shares.

    All IMO of course would love a juicy announcement between now and then. I was looking back at 2021 - IMUs year of the pump, we were getting multiple announcements a month - a lot different now
