That is exactly what they do. It puts up the share price and eliminates dilution, and thus starts all over again. The real thing that sux about it, is that at .002 if it jumped to .004 you have doubled your worth, now at .04c for it to double will need to get to .08c and this takes longer of course. Need some significant announcements here to make the SP move up.
