Consolidation often means they want more leg room below the SP to do a discounted CR.
With SP at 0.003 or 0.004, they would have to do a 33% or 25% discount, minimum, to do a CR at 0.002 or 0.003, respectively.
But after the SP is 30c or 40c, then can do a CR at 25c or 35c.
It also makes the stock look more attractive when people don't see the word 'billion' in the shares on issue, LOL.
