The stock price will go up 30 times at consolidation thus reducing SOI. Some selling may be gone but you need buyers willing to pay more too otherwise it's just a numbers exercise. Not certain on the rationale particularly with current market sentiment - hope you are correct and sh goes and shoots up beyond just the 'consolidated' price.
