this is the simplest i can get it....

you have 1,000,000 shares at last sale of .001 = value of $1000

consol turns them to 10,000 shares........to get your $1000 back, you need 10c a share...

if they relist, as you suggest, at 2c then you get back $200.......go figure......
CPS clients get to buy at 2 cents, while your left holding a bag of cat hair at 10 cents a share.......where's the equality there, i ask???
