Perhaps it would be fairer to allow holders an equal shot at participating?? nah, that wouldnt suit CPS would it?....no chance to offload, with pesky shareholders in the way.........

its grubby, no other way of describing it.....the only folk who would try to justify it are those, such as CPS clients, who would stand to gain from it
