what if DeBeers did take over the Lulo concession and brought in Lucapa as a junior partner - it wouldn't be all bad.
First, there'd be someone in charge at Lulo who knew what they were doing - Lucapa has never had a clue.
There would be more massive dilution for LOM investors effectively but since Lucapa is going down the toilet anyway, wouldn't it be better to have a share of something rather than the nothing shareholders have received for more than 10 years?
