I don't think that's correct. 11k carats sold for a total of USD $5.9m in Q4.
Cash and receivables reported is concerningly low at $0.3m - you would hope the majority of that is cash and not receivables. The diamond inventories at 1,872 carats is worth $1m at the Q4 average of $541/ct. It appears that Mothae is running at close to break even which isn't great. Hopefully the needle turns soon.
The increase in the 'development loan owing to Lucapa' I would assume relates to interest on the loan, and potentially some further investment in the mine (asset management / maintenance possibly).
