Unsure exactly but gist is that if you're holding 100 shares at say 5 cents (however that's determined) you end up with 4 shares at a $ each. Some say it's a good thing (gives prestige to the stock) others say...not so great.
Personally I think because the Co is so new...not going to be much of an issue depending on bods direction and growth potential looks good.
