A bit of action at last. At least 2.5 cents looks better to the market than 0.1 cents. I guess it also allows further devaluation before going bust!
On a more positive note it could be a good stratagem if they have some definite plan in place. The market finds it difficult to take seriously a company trading at o.1 cents/ share.
