Omg. You will have noticed a bunch of options expired very recently. They expired for the Directors, they are the only only ones with options (lol performance based), at 25c the board must have been upset they couldn't get those options. So, hey lets split the options 10:1 so we can grab them. Absolutely horrible. They borrowed 28% of their market cap to pay down 13% of debt..... They have completely exhausted their cash and cash equivalents. Dilution to 5 cents on the way.
