I don't follow.... I think you're forgetting to also consolidate the share price.
IMO, When shares consolidate 23:1 the share price will multiply by 23 which means post consolidation you will have 4348 shares and your original buy price at .005 x 23 will give your consolidated share price of $0.115 total =$500.00.
