New shareholders get 82% of the company for no new capital. This is creditors taking control of the company. But they will try to claim the creditors are not working together. And have carefully made sure no individual creditor has more 20%, which would trigger an offer. One has 19.7%. I call BS. This must be referred to the takeover panel.
