    I am with you on the CR.

    They don't have the DFS yet, therefore it is highly unlikely they will get funded till the DFS. Then why the hell did they consolidate?

    Answere: To setup for the next CR which they need to sustain the current burn rate. They got ahead of themselves when they went on a premature hiring spree.
