I am not a short term trader and therefore did not sell even though I suspected the SP would fluctuate post consolidation. There is currently no need for me to sell. But if a situation arises where I need to sell on short notice (whatever the reason be), then I stand to loose more money due to the consolidation.
As for constant complaining, people will complain because the mgmt has given them reasons to complain about. No one was complaining prior to calls for consolidation and they are complaining more now becaue what they suspected is only comming true.
No one is expecting to get rich overnight at the same time no one wants to see their money dissapear overnight either.
