I did read it, but I also know the DFS is still pending.

I am not naive enough to believe instituions will fund without the DFS just based on teh fact that we have consolidated. If that's the case then the companies should just keep consolidating till they meet the institutional Investors expectectation of what the SP & SOI should be.

We have lost 30% in the past two days, what do you want me to say?

What could the company have done better?
1. Keep the market informed on the progress being made relating to DFS. Informed Shareholders wouldn't be dumping shares like they are doing now.
2. If they felt consolidating would improve their chance of getting the funding, then the consolidation should have been done closer to the finalisation of the DFS.
3. The consolidation is premature. By the time the DFS is finalised in 2 quarters, a lot of value will be eroded.

We are all here to stay, let's wait and see where will the SP be by the time the DFS is done. I hope the SP doesn't get too low, else they might have to consolidate again to meet "Institutional Investor Expectations".
