Consolidation was done on the pretext of "Meeting Expectations of interested Institutional Investors.

The urgency around the consolidation did not make sense to me, however, since the consolidation SP has dropped by over 25%. With this drop, I am sincerly hoping we have met the expections of institutional investors. Hopefylly this bunch had a low expectations.

Now that everything is done, I wonder where the interested institutional investors. May be they are busy striking deals with MGT.
