The moment this news dropped of consolidation and cap raise the writing was on the wall.
I understand managements logic but there execution is lacking any consideration for faithful retail.
It looks like when the cr happens institutions will get in for half of what many long time holders paid.
I dropped 2 thirds of my portfolio the morning of announcement but still feeling the burn on what's left. Will hopefully add back in and average out ok, management is so smart they are stupid.
