There are currently 4.5 billion shares issued, soon to be 90 million. All further issues as per above will be done on a consolidated basis, so another 40 million. Total shares on issue will then be approx. 130 million, prior to their next cap raising. God knows how many and at what price. All I know is LTH will be screwed again. IMO the BOD will wait for the SP to go to 1.0c and then do the raising and if we are lucky they will need to do another consolidation. Whoo hoo!!! A bunch of champs this BOD, absolute stars.
