Unbelievable. How many reincarnations is that now? I don't joke when I say that it may be an Australian record. And the MO is always the same. The company spruiks the potential of a tenement: oil, diamonds (the list goes on, it really does), surprise, surprise it doesn't work out, the resource being targeted changes, name is changed and no one is ever accountable. But, miraculously, the directors do alright Jack....more than alright in my view.
The last bit ' no one is accountable' is critical here. The banking revelations have underlined how ineffectual ASIC is and, certainly, there has never been a critical eye cast over this company. Why not? Over the last decade numerous concerns have been raised. What does ASIC do?
