Cant see how they expect to re-list and raise but listings rules means it comes back on at what 2c, so they need to do the consolidation basis 20:1 to get the shares sub billion, why, for what purpose.
the auditor being the note holder erm ...how and why.
Next question how do they raise $2-3m to get them back to mining ? Terrible track record says it all or does it I have written my $$$ off but to me feels like I am missing something.
