People always say, I never saw this coming, nobody ever warned me like it was very bad luck these companies didn't end up making them a fortune.

You won't be able to do that in this case.

The numbers speak for themselves. Almost 2B shares, market cap of 23M. Everytime the price goes up a cent that's almost 20M in market cap which most people know isn't believable so there is no way to reasonably value this company.

Hence a consolidation. Indicate the shares, artificially inflate the SP to make it more attractive for new blood (suckers) to come to the table and buy management more time (salaries) to make a difference (stay the same).

Transferring your money into their pockets. Don't say you weren't warned.
