The timing of this is odd to say th least and IMO not to the advantage of holders

The EPS arguement is crazy as no investor only looks at one metric in isolation and as you point out it is the only positive reasoning.

So raise $ , use them to consolidate, allow spiral debt funder IMO extra downward leverage into thin market and do it at a time when they propose news is due in near term. Why not do this in 6 months or after they actually have sales and positive momentum rather than create a trading situation?

Only downside of having billion in confetti out there is that each pip has asignificant value possibly far greater than actual change in daily value of the company but is quite easily manipulated . Each pip 1/10 th cent is worth a million bucks per billion shares ( said biting thumb between teeth Dr Evil)

yep, I can’t help but feel the deal with healthcare2030 is not at arms length, but rather the arms of an insider(s).

otherwise they left it to the last minute and had to take what they could get…

either way, it’s not a good look… and has done damage.

hopefully it’s bought enough time though to ensure the next raise is to fill a +$10m order from HP or Sonova or similar!
