....it was always going to happen...imo...consolidating pre the selling up of the farm and cashing out ...expecting them to sell up MAY onwards.........doing it now well out psychologically sets up the sale better ..flogging off the assets of 50c 60c whatever company rather than a 1c company...also going early looks a bit of shake out as a lot of traders will exit.....I bet if the consolidated shares fall to 40c or below 50c you’ll see more Director buys...probably Matt Allen picking up more and obviously Jetter....could also be a sign GC is coming along very nicely..?
