I’m not saying it’s never happened, only that I haven’t come across one yet. You claim I’ve made blanket statements and that there are plenty of counterexamples , so where are they? If you had even one that disproves my point, you’d have posted it by now. The reason you’re backing off is simple: you don’t have an example to support your argument.
