I agree with Buckland and Cragsmure, this doesn't smell good at all. If nothing else it is a distraction, potentially some smoke and mirrors to take attention away from the main game. And why would they suddenly need to do that, I wonder? I've had very few good experiences with consolidations, and I wasn't expecting this kind of news from PAA.
