Just from experience, most of these types of consolidations are done just prior to a issue of more shares.
No update on further trials/recruitment of canines since 16/07/15, they said they would keep shareholders updated on canines so seem there has been no news for over two months is says that there has been nothing happening.
No news on the formulation of a tasteless capsule of PPL - 1 means there been no action here.
So lets see if I am right, imo there will be more shares issued either via a cr raising at .12 from share holders or shares issued to Sophisticated Investors @ .10 more then likely to raise $5m
