Even though PDN has a very solid market cap. This will help change that perception and hopefully draw more international institutional investors into the stock which is very important for this size company to keep their market value moving up. A great run over past 6 months and the fundamentals are further strengthening so I expect another leg up towards $16.50 ($1.65) soon.
