The register will only tighten if an institutional investor(s) or cashed up existing shareholders that are in for the long haul start mopping up loose retail shares at market over an extended period of time. Hopefully this occurs as it will obviously benefit SP movement when the good news begins to flow in 2022. Agree that the 10-fold contraction and reduction in SOI will have little to no effect.
