The primary reason I think any company consolidates is its simply an embarrassment that they have had to trot out so many shares to pay directors salaries for so long with so little to show for it.
Tough fact! but we now have a top marketing post that needs to take this to market and it makes her and us look much more credible in the dollars rather than the cents.
Marketing is critical, perception is a major factor and this is a good move.
There's always plenty for folks to moan about, but this company is now on the move and the buyers here are going to be winners
