    He is referring to a statement of one(not a few) big US utility (I can't find this information now), which claim that they have uranium to 2029. We don't know, do other US utilities have similar amount or is Europe prepared.

    Uranium from waste tails? I don't think so. US have problem with even transporting these waste, not mentioning down blending.
