seems ...the Rats and Mice are still leaving the ship...Traders move on ..Investors assess and stay if nothing changes and buy more.The facts remain the same ..Pen remains a company with good fundamentals in an expanding industry.

Pen is being tossed back and forward on price ..while value is stronger than price. When commercial production starts in the second quarter of this year...Revenue and Cash Flow will produce an improving picture and I believe a strong positive price movement.

Yes they are many like Poppy and Oldale ..No Shares and all Criticism....Once the cash flow starts Investors will reap the benefits....and where will the Skippers , Hoppers and Panic Merchants be then ....Gone with no voice or worse.. they have all become sudden converts ...panicking through greed to get in.
